Questions plumbers ask
Will it work with the locator I already own?
Yes. SPV camera heads use a standard 512Hz sonde, so they work with major-brand locators — including ones with a depth readout. Most kits also include our 512Hz locator.
What happens if a part fails?
Use the two diagnostic cables to find the faulty part, email us a short video with your order number, and we ship the replacement. Under warranty it's free.
Which kit fits my pipe sizes?
Scout Pack, Black Kit and Red Kit for 1.5"–3" lines, Mini Pan & Tilt for 2"–4" and up, and the 9mm Pan & Tilt for 3"–8"+ commercial lines. See the full comparison.
How fast does it ship?
US orders ship from California, except during restocks or on special orders. We also ship worldwide — international delivery times vary by country. Shipping is free on every kit within the US.
Can I return it?
Yes — you have 7 days from delivery to power it on and inspect it. It must be unused on a job, and returns carry a 15% restocking fee.
