How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. You may open turn on the camera, but can't use in a pipe or job etc. You are responsible for shipping costs. 

How do I start a return?

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Our inspection cameras and equipment include a 1 manufacturer's warranty. Any damage that occurs outside of normal wear can't be accepted.
