If You Need a Warranty Claim

What To Do:

  1. Send a short video
    Email a brief video and your order number showing the issue to PlumbVisionCamera@gmail.com. This helps us identify what needs to be replaced quickly.

  2. Use the diagnostic cables (if included)
    Orders placed after August 2025 include two black diagnostic cables used to pinpoint which part is defective.

    • If you’re unsure how to use them, we’ll send step-by-step instructions.

    • If your order was placed before August 2025 and you don’t have them, please email us your order numberand let us know you need a set.

  3. Send back the defective part
    Once we confirm what needs replacing, please return the defective part to:
    1222 N Bishop Ave #200-509, Dallas, TX 75208
    As soon as we receive it, your replacement will be shipped free of charge.

  4. Some cases – internal component replacements
    In certain cases, only the reel IC (internal component) needs replacement. When that happens, you won’t need to ship anything back—we’ll let you know if this applies to your situation.
